By submitting a device for repair with Console Surgeon, you agree to the following terms:
1. Data Responsibility
Customers are responsible for backing up all data before submitting their device for repair.
We are not responsible for any data loss, corruption, or privacy breaches resulting from the repair process.

Electronic repairs involve risks.

3. Water-Damaged Devices
Devices with liquid damage may fail completely during repair.

5. Unrepairable Devices
If a device is deemed beyond economical repair, a diagnostic fee may still apply.

We may use:

Quality will be equivalent unless otherwise stated.
7. Repair Warranty
Repairs may include a 90 day limited warranty covering parts and labour related to the repair.

8. Abandoned Devices
Devices not collected within 90 days may be considered abandoned.
