Services may be provided in-store, by mail-in repair, or on-site, depending on availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Estimates and Pricing

3.1 Repair Quotes

Any repair quote provided is an estimate only based on the information available at the time.
Final pricing may change if:
  • Additional faults are discovered
  • Additional parts are required
  • The device condition differs from what was initially described

We will contact you for approval before proceeding with additional work.

3.2 Diagnostic Fees

A diagnostic fee may apply if:
  • You request a diagnosis but decline repair
  • The device cannot be repaired
  • No fault is found

Diagnostic fees are non-refundable.

4. Repair Timeframes

Repair timeframes provided are estimates only.
Delays may occur due to:
  • Parts availability
  • Manufacturer restrictions
  • Shipping delays
  • Unexpected technical issues

We are not liable for losses caused by repair delays.

5. Parts and Components

We may use:
  • Original Manufacturer Parts (OEM)
  • High-quality third-party parts

Depending on availability and pricing.
We will inform customers if non-OEM parts are used.

6. Warranty on Repairs

6.1 Repair Warranty

We provide a 90 day warranty on repair work unless otherwise stated.
The warranty covers:
  • Faults caused by the repair performed
  • Defective parts installed by us

6.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:
  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Software issues caused by user actions
  • Devices that have been opened or repaired by another party after our repair
  • Issues unrelated to the repair performed

Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:
  • Provide accurate device information
  • Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and personal accessories
  • Backup their data before repair

We are not responsible for data loss during the repair process.

8. Data and Privacy

We take reasonable care to protect customer data, however:
  • Repairs may require access to device software or storage
  • We do not intentionally access personal data
  • We are not responsible for data loss

Customers are strongly advised to backup their data before submitting a device for repair.
Our handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Device Collection

Repaired devices must be collected within 30 days of notification.
If a device is not collected within this period:
  • Storage fees may apply
  • After 90 days, the device may be treated as abandoned property

We reserve the right to dispose of or sell abandoned devices to recover repair costs.

10. Unrepairable Devices

In some cases, devices may be beyond economical repair.
If a repair attempt causes a device to become unusable due to existing faults or internal damage, we are not liable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the repair service

We are not responsible for:
  • Loss of income
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of business
  • Device value exceeding repair cost

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to:
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems
  • Distribute malware or harmful code

We may suspend or block users who violate these terms.

13. Intellectual Property
